Availability & Delivery

All products in stock will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending upon the location of your residence. We can hold your paid orders up to 90 days at our warehouse. Special Order items will require additional production time. We do push for the earliest delivery for your order but No time frame is guaranteed. Please allow for additional time to delivery due to Covid-19 pandemic limitations. Once your order is received at our warehouse, you will be contacted to set up a delivery date to your residence. All orders must be paid in full for prior to shipping/delivery. If  you are unable to accept delivery beyond 30 days of your order being delivery ready in our warehouse, your order must stand paid in full and cannot be returned, refused, canceled or exchanged. Please ensure that someone 18 years of age of older is home to accept delivery.

Pricing & Promotions

Pricing is always in U.S. dollars. Some orders are subject to state and local taxes. The price and availability of any merchandise is subject to change, along with any given date regarding arrival of merchandise into our warehouse and shipping fees. Mistakes happen - we reserve the right to refuse the order of any merchandise that we deem is erroneously priced or described Online.

Payment & Deposits

Special orders require a 50% deposit. Full payment is required prior to the shipping and scheduling of the delivery. Clearance goods, Sales/Floor Samples and One-of-a-Kinds must be paid in full at the time of purchase. These can not be exchanged or returned other than if the merchandise has any manufacturing defects.

Usage-Residential

SaVera warranty applies only to reasonable residential (non-commercial) use and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, and/or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered and/or repaired by any other resource other than SaVera Living and/or our agents.

Disclaimer

Except for the express warranty stated in FAQ section, SAVERA LIVING LLC disclaims all other warranties, including all implied warranties.

Buyer hereby waives any claim (including any claim based on strict or absolute liability in tort) that it may have against SAVERA LIVING LLC, for any loss or damage including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or expense caused by any of our products.
