Returns & Refunds Policy

We have 14day satisfaction guarantee on SaVera Living products.

We strive to create the best quality products and provide a great shopping experience. We hope you love our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth and below.

Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or damage in transit when reported upon receipt. In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it you can up to 14days from the date item was delivered.

Return policy:

Buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) before returning the item without exceptions. Customized items and items sold as FINAL SALE are not refundable.

Unauthorized returns cause us to incur much higher costs. Returns without RMA will be subject to an additional 12% unauthorized return charge and original shipping costs to you will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fees: For items returned under the return policy and received within 30days a restocking fee of 18% will be applied.

Return shipping, packaging and insurance charges are payable by the customer.

Returned items must be in as New & unused condition. Item should have no signs of wear and tear and in original packaging. To avoid any damages while in transit back to our warehouse, adequate internal cushioning and packaging material must be used. If the item arrives damaged, altered, repaired or not returned in unused "like new" condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value is deductible from the refund amount.

After we have receive your returned items they are inspected by our professionals. If items are found in "like new" condition and the return is approved we will refund the balance less restocking fees, the original shipping & return shipping charges on your original payment method. Please note It could take up to a full billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
