Availability & Delivery

 

  • Stock Products: Delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Order Holding: Paid orders can be held for up to 90 days at our warehouse.
  • Special Orders: Require additional production time. We strive for the earliest delivery but cannot guarantee specific time frames.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Once your order arrives at our warehouse, you will be contacted to set up a delivery date.
  • Payment: All orders must be fully paid before shipping/delivery.
  • Delivery Acceptance: If you cannot accept delivery within 14 days of your order being ready, your order must be fully paid and cannot be returned, refused, canceled, or exchanged.
  • Adult Presence: Ensure someone 18 years or older is present to accept the delivery.


Pricing & Promotions


  • Currency: Pricing is in U.S. dollars.
  • Taxes: Some orders may be subject to state and local taxes.
  • Price Changes: Prices and availability are subject to change. Arrival dates and shipping fees may vary.
  • Errors: We reserve the right to refuse orders for items that are erroneously priced or described online.


Payment & Deposits


  • Special Orders: Require a 50% deposit. Full payment is needed before shipping and delivery scheduling.
  • Clearance Items: Clearance goods, sales/floor samples, and one-of-a-kind items must be paid in full at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or returned except for manufacturing defects.


Usage - Residential

 

  • Warranty: SaVera warranty applies only to reasonable residential (non-commercial) use. It is void if the furniture is used non-residential, misused, improperly handled, reupholstered, or repaired by anyone other than SaVera Living or our agents.

  • Warranty: Except for the express warranty stated in the FAQ section, SAVERA LIVING LLC disclaims all other warranties, including all implied warranties.
  • Liability: Buyer waives any claim against SAVERA LIVING LLC for any loss or damage, including loss of profits, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage or expense caused by any of our products.
