RETURN POLICY AND EXCEPTIONS

We strive to create the best quality products and provide a great online shopping experience. We hope you love our pieces and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth with exceptions as below:

~Bespoke orders and Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Bespoke pieces are made just for the customer and can not be returned for any reason other than damage in transit.

~Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom pieces are customized just for the customer and can not be returned for any reason other than damage in transit.

Return Policy

  • Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom pieces are customized just for the customer and can not be returned for any reason other than damage in transit.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturer defects or damage in transit. Please report any damages upon receiving your item.
  • The buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning the item. Custom items and items sold as FINAL SALE are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns will incur an additional 10% unauthorized return charge, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees

  • Returned items must be in "New and Unused condition" with no signs of wear and tear, and in the original packaging.
  • Adequate internal cushioning and packaging material must be used to avoid damage during transit back to our warehouse.
  • If the item arrives damaged, altered, or repaired, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returned item/s.
  • Return shipping, packaging, and insurance charges are payable by the customer.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), if the items are found to be in "like New" condition and the return is approved, we will refund the balance, deducting the restocking fee and shipping charges to the customer and return shipping charges from the customer, to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to a full billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
